Terms of Service
Short and simple, like a good routine chart. By using Bright Star Routine, you agree to the terms below.
Your account
Each caregiver signs in with their own account. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for the activity on your account. Accounts are for real families and caregivers — please don't share your sign-in outside your household or trusted circle.
Your family chart
Your chart — your child's name, missions, rewards, and star history — belongs to you. Caregivers who join with your family code can see and change the chart, so only share the code with grown-ups you trust. You can remove a caregiver, a child, or your entire chart at any time.
Fair use
Please use the app to encourage your own family. Don't use it to harass anyone, upload unlawful content, try to break into other families' charts, or use the app in any way that could harm it or other users.
Subscriptions and billing
Bright Star Routine offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime — your chart stays available through the end of the period you've paid for. Prices are shown before you confirm any payment, and payments are handled securely by our payment provider.
What the app is — and isn't
Bright Star Routine is a parenting and routine-building tool built on positive reinforcement. It isn't medical, psychological, or professional advice, and it isn't a substitute for guidance from your child's doctor or a qualified professional. How you use the chart — and the consequences you choose — are always up to the grown-ups in your family.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep the app running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be perfect or uninterrupted. We may update features or these terms over time; when we do, we'll update this page.
